When I found out I needed CPAP I was so scared because I’m a stomach sleep and sometimes a side sleep. I found this pillow on a search and was scared to spend the money but so glad I did because I CAN sleep on my stomach or side and the pillow keeps me supported and my mask sealed and comfortable….if your thinking about it you should definitely give it a try I know you will enjoy it as much as I do
