One of the most sturdy things ive used. I used it at a friends house and it seemed very sturdy. Im a 6'1 220 guy (Trying to lose wieght) and i was afriad it would break but it hasnt. Now i can do push ups way more easily than I have a few months ago

I absolutely love this thing. I’m not a fan of going out to the gym because I don’t have time to make it on a daily basis, and am generally bothered by humanity as a whole. This allows me to get in a really nice workout before I go to work or before I go to bed.
