So far absolutely brilliant. I have COPD and suffer with severe tiredness, motivation, and all the other breathing problems associated with COPD. After being told I needed oxygen at home I was told it would be at least 3 months wait! Out of sheer desperation to get some kind of quality of life back, from basically vertualy bed ridden I thought I had nothing to loose in giving this machine a go. It's only been 48 hours, but already I feel more alert and with it, and can breathe much more easily, and can walk small distances.

I have now been using this machine every day for the last month and would highly recommend it to those like myself who suffer from quite severe COPD although its capable of running 24/7 I use it about 4 hours a day and at night setting the timer to cut off after 2 hours I have found that I am sleeping better and breathing easier it is very easy to set up and operate and adjust to your own personal needs.
