- Auto & Manual Modes : There are three automatic modes on the small elliptical machine: P1, P2, and P3. neither the direction nor the speed may be altered in automatic mode. However, Manual Mode allows for 5 speed levels, with the first speed being 1.5 KM/H, the second being 2.5 KM/H, the third being 3.5 KM/H, the fourth being 4.5 KM/H, and the fifth being 5 KM/H. It moves at 5.7 KM/H.
- Built-in Display and Remote Control : The built-in LCD display of the pedal exerciser allows you to view the time, distance, speed, numbers, and calories burned during the workout in real time. Using the remote control, exercising is convenient and comfortable. Exercise data may be monitored in real-time, and the intensity of the workout can be changed as necessary.
- Non-Slip Pedals and Feet : This elliptical trainer includes rubber anti-slip feet on the bottom to keep it from moving around as you exercise, ensuring your security.
- Smooth, Quiet and Portable : The flywheel movement is smooth, low loss, and low sound, allowing you to peacefully enjoy your own exercise without bothering others. The leg exerciser operates extremely well in any mode. This elliptical machine, which weighs 14.8 lbs, is a transportable and sturdy exerciser for the home and workplace.

She loves that it has a remote and she can set it to auto to have it help her with keeping her legs moving. Keeps track of all the relevant data like time, distance, etc. This would be perfect under a desk at work also. Good price for a solid small elliptical.
