This exercise bike provides a great lower body workout. I sit on the edge of my bed and pedal for 20 - 30 minutes while I am watching TV. I have had this little peddler for over a year now and wanted to make a second review.
It worked just as I had hoped it would, I am very pleased with my purchase.
My dad has been using this now for about 5 months and it works great. I am happy to keep him active at home.

This a wonderful for my needs. I have some pretty serious hip issues and this is allowing me to do physical therapy at home. I have had a noticeable difference in my pain levels and flexibility. Awesome, lite weight, and easy to use.
